“I Hate Everyone” channels outsider emotion into orchestral alt-pop brilliance from Empara Mi.

Empara Mi’s new single “I Hate Everyone” invites listeners into a cinematic narrative that unfolds from social discomfort into rare emotional comfort. It’s the fifth release from her upcoming concept album Monsters & Masochists, due October 10, 2025.

With orchestration by the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra and self-production throughout, the song builds a dramatic yet tender tone. The title misleads, as at its heart is a love story for those who feel out of place.

In her words, “This track is about the noise in your head at every party… but then finding that one person who’s even more weird than you…” The strings, ironically written by that very person, create a unique intimacy.
