Southend-born Jimmy Scott Free makes a triumphant return with “Turn Back Time,” a soulful collaboration with Kim English that reestablishes his presence in the music world. The single blends dancefloor energy with personal storytelling.

Having stepped away from music after an intense period of touring and creative burnout, Jimmy reflects:

“When my brother left the band, I lost my heart for music.” Years later, that changed during a visit from a friend: “I haven’t stopped writing since.”

Now operating from the Midlands and Barcelona, Jimmy is focused on making energetic, heartfelt dance music. “Turn Back Time” is the first in a new series of releases, which may lead to a full album and a return to live performance.
