Maisy Kay showcases another side of her artistry with the release of “Somebody You Never Touched.” The single arrives during a high-energy season for the artist, who recently wrapped international support dates and now prepares for her headline tour.

The track explores the duality of regret and release, turning a breakup into a song of empowerment. With high-tempo production and meaningful lyricism, Maisy leans fully into her pop sensibilities while remaining grounded in her emotional truth.

As she shares:
“Somebody You Never Touched is based off of the concept that every 7 years, your skin cells completely renew…It’s a fun song about renewal and transformation, about moving on both mentally and physically!”

The metaphor of the seven-year cellular cycle adds poetic depth, making the single more than just a summer pop track—it’s a declaration of identity and growth.

Produced by Mike Avenaim and self-written by Maisy, the single is the first taste of what’s to come on tour. She’ll kick off the live shows in Los Angeles on September 18th, and promises a standout experience:
“This show, nay, experience, will be nothing like I’ve ever done before.”
