Sigrid returns to the scene with “Jellyfish,” a buoyant track filled with playful lyrics and sunny Scandinavian energy. The Norwegian pop powerhouse reemerges not with a bang, but with a breeze — one that signals artistic freedom.

“It’s my slightly more free-spirited and joyous side,” she says. “I wanted it to feel easy — like a Scandinavian summer.”

Co-created with producer Askjell Solstrand, the song flirts with early 2000s indie influences and visual oddities. It’s a reminder that sometimes, simplicity and joy are enough.

This playful phase comes after a deliberate break. Sigrid removed herself from industry pressures to rediscover what truly inspired her. “I wanted it to sound carefree, joyful and playful — maybe a bit nonchalant,” she reflects.

“Jellyfish” is the result — vibrant, relaxed, and confident.
