Ana Luna unveils her latest single “Dance in a Trance,” a sweeping, emotionally raw track that explores the echoes of a past relationship. Following her recent songs “Oxytocin” and “Why Not,” Ana leans further into her ethereal, genre-crossing sound that continues to captivate.

With a cinematic production that mirrors the emotional scale of its lyrics, “Dance in a Trance” is less about heartbreak and more about the reflection that follows. “A caged romance, I danced in a trance,” Ana sings, exploring the beautiful yet claustrophobic reality of a once-passionate connection.

“People will interpret my songs however they want, but this one wasn’t about making anyone the bad guy—it was very much about me,” she explains. “Either you’ve always been this person and I was blind, or remind me why I loved you so I don’t feel like an idiot.”

Born in Ukraine, raised in Paris, and currently based in Los Angeles, Ana Luna’s artistic voice has been shaped by a lifetime of change and self-inquiry. Drawing from dream pop, alt-rock, and moody ballads, her music feels both cosmic and intimate—designed to heal and reveal.

“Dance in a Trance” offers another glimpse into the emotional depth Ana is exploring on her forthcoming debut album. For fans of cinematic storytelling and reflective songwriting, her new single is a powerful invitation to feel deeply and think honestly.
