Rising alt-pop sensation Claudia Valentina has unveiled her latest single “Candy,” a moody and modern reimagining of Kelis’ “Milkshake,” out now via Electric Feel. The track is a declaration of confidence and control, rooted in Claudia’s ever-expanding genre-defying style.

Built on the flirtatious bones of the original, “Candy” flips the tone into something darker and more commanding. “I like to release music the same way I make it, what I feel like at the time ‘cause a bad bitch can be many things in one day and ‘Candy’ is like a taste of that other side. Ear candy moments, ‘cause boring pop gives me the ick,” Claudia says.

The visual accompanying the single is a cinematic stunner. Set across a peaceful field and a dusty terrain, it contrasts beauty and grit as Claudia leads a group of daring women in a high-style escape—driving vintage cars, revving ATVs, and rewriting the narrative of power on their own terms. “The video for ‘Candy’ I’ve had on my mood board for around 6 years, and for it to finally come to life feels super exciting,” she adds.

Following recent tracks like “Cry Them Dry,” “When I’m High,” and “Diamonds On My Teeth,” “Candy” hints at a bold direction for Claudia’s forthcoming EP. She continues to shape a world where femininity is fierce, fun, and entirely on her own terms.
