Future unveils the emotional video for “Lost My Dog,” supporting D.A.R.E. America through his Freewishes Foundation. Watch now.

Future, the 3-time GRAMMY®-winning hip-hop superstar, continues to push boundaries with the release of “Lost My Dog,” a standout track from his record-breaking album Mixtape Pluto. Directed by Henri Alexander Levy, the black-and-white video captures Future in a deeply vulnerable light as he reflects on the loss of a close friend to a drug overdose. The raw emotion in the performance is paired with some of the most heartfelt lyrics in Future’s catalog.

Future uses this release to highlight an important cause, announcing a partnership with D.A.R.E. America to support substance abuse prevention and education programs across the United States. Through his Freewishes Foundation (freewishes.org), Future is making a donation to the organization, with Epic Records also contributing. Fans are encouraged to get involved by making their own donations while streaming the video.

The single marks the sixth video from Mixtape Pluto, following visual releases for tracks like “Too Fast,” “Teflon Don,” and “Ski.” Released in 2024, Mixtape Pluto became Future’s 11th No. 1 album on the Billboard 200, solidifying him as the first solo artist in history to achieve three consecutive No. 1 albums in a single year.

With four GRAMMY® nominations at the upcoming 2025 ceremony, including Best Rap Album and Best Rap Song, “Lost My Dog” is another powerful reminder of Future’s unmatched influence in music and his commitment to meaningful storytelling.
