Adam Ten & Bontan Unite for “Hey,” a Tribal-Inspired Club Track

Adam Ten and Bontan release “Hey,” a deep, percussive house track blending global rhythms and buzzing synths, out now.
Adam Ten and Bontan, two major figures in the global house music scene, have joined forces for their new single, “Hey,” out now on Insomniac Records. The track is a percussive-driven house anthem that blends tribal rhythms with modern electronic innovation.
“Hey” weaves intricate djembe and shaker patterns with buzzing synth waves and whirring textures, creating a layered and immersive sound. The addition of a retro hip-hop hook sung in a West African dialect adds a distinctive edge to the composition, making it a standout release in today’s house music landscape.
Tel Aviv’s Adam Ten has gained recognition for his culturally diverse and psychedelic influences, earning praise from Pete Tong, who named him ‘One To Watch’ in 2024. He’s performed at prestigious venues and festivals, including Fabric London, Burning Man, and Pacha Ibiza.

Bontan, based in Liverpool, has been a driving force in the UK house scene, winning accolades such as Radio 1’s ‘Future Star’ and ‘Best Newcomer’ at the DJ Awards. His calendar is packed with upcoming sets at iconic venues like Space Miami and Shelter Amsterdam, as well as his Essential Mix debut on November 30th.
“Hey” reflects the seamless fusion of both artists’ styles. “I feel that ‘Hey’ is a perfect blend of us, with a tribal groove,” Bontan shares. “After hearing Adam live, I knew a fusion of our sounds would create something special.”
