Will Swinton, the rising singer-songwriter from New Zealand, is back with his new single, “Hold You Again,” available now via 10K Projects/Capitol Records. The track combines moody folk rock with cinematic Western influences, showcasing Swinton’s raw emotional depth and driving melodies.

“Hold You Again” sets a brooding tone with its stormy guitars and propulsive rhythm, creating a soundscape that reflects its themes of regret and determination. Swinton’s heartfelt lyrics reveal his journey toward redemption: “Maybe it’s what I deserve, for all the lies and all the hurt, but I still gotta try / ’Cause right now more than ever, I just wanna be forever in your eyes.”

The song is part of Swinton’s forthcoming EP, December, arriving on December 13. Accompanying the release is a live-recorded performance video directed by Brandon Chen, whose stripped-down visuals amplify the song’s emotional intensity. This video continues a series featuring earlier tracks “Where I Belong” and “Walls,” which earned recognition from Rolling Stone and ET.

Following the success of “Flames,” which peaked at #9 on the Hot 20 NZ singles chart, Swinton continues to build momentum with “Hold You Again.”

Stream the single now and pre-save December to experience Swinton’s evocative artistry on December 13.
