London artist CHINCHILLA unveils powerful video for “Avoidance” and announces fall European tour.

CHINCHILLA’s “Avoidance” is not just a song—it’s an experience. Released alongside a visually poetic video directed by Claryn Chong, the track explores the overwhelming emotions of heartbreak and anxiety.

Styled by Holly Wood and with looks designed by Keko Hainswheeler, the visual is a powerful companion to the song’s honesty.

Written in under an hour after receiving a painful text, “Avoidance” is as real as it gets. CHINCHILLA explains: “‘Avoidance’ was written when I was going through a really rough break up… I feel so emotionally attached to this video because the best word I can use to describe it is ‘honest’.”

After receiving support from major outlets like MTV and Official Charts, CHINCHILLA’s momentum continues with the announcement of her headline European tour this fall. She’ll also join G Flip’s 2025 tour across the U.S., bringing her unique storytelling and performance style to a global audience.
