Z3LLA’s “Pick Up The Tempo” mixes electronic intensity with pop flare, arriving just in time for festival season.
Dance-pop duo Z3LLA have released “Pick Up The Tempo,” a hard-hitting new single combining sharp synths with sultry melodies. It marks their second release with Dim Mak, following their progressive debut “Origami.”
The group shares, “‘Pick Up The Tempo’ is a song with pop vocal elements but an infectious darker electronic sound for us. It’s as if Tate McRae made a song for a 2am warehouse rave.”
Live, the track makes its full impact. Z3LLA kicked off Phase 2 of their tour in NYC and Cleveland, performing “Pick Up The Tempo” as their first-ever live vocal moment. “Getting to sing it live… was a surreal moment!” they shared.
With appearances alongside Galantis and a performance planned for Breakaway Festival in Philadelphia, Z3LLA continue to grow their presence — both on stage and in sound.
