MARINA has returned with PRINCESS OF POWER, her sixth album and first under her own Queenie Records imprint in partnership with BMG. Accompanying the release is the official video for her new single “I <3 YOU,” a synth-pop track directed by Olivia De Camps.
“One of my lessons in the last few years is that love — and showing love — is not a weak thing,” MARINA says. “Of all the superpowers we have as humans, love is our greatest one.”
Following standout performances at Coachella, MARINA kicks off her summer with sets at WorldPride and Governors Ball, continuing across major global festivals.
PRINCESS OF POWER embodies an internal shift. MARINA describes it as “a rebuilding-my-life-from-scratch type of album,” filled with energizing sounds and revealing lyrics. Tracks like “BUTTERFLY” and “EVERYBODY KNOWS I’M SAD” balance confidence with honesty.
The project also celebrates female autonomy. “CUNTISSIMO,” called “unapologetic” by NME, is a nod to empowered femininity, while “CUPID’S GIRL” offers pop playfulness with a psychedelic edge.
With PRINCESS OF POWER, MARINA continues to evolve—reclaiming space, sound, and story on her own terms.
