Mike Williams & Eirik Næss bring laid-back island vibes to their dance-crossover hit “Learn to Fly.”

Mike Williams and Eirik Næss take listeners on a sunlit journey with their latest release, “Learn to Fly.” Combining infectious dance rhythms with tropical warmth and a country edge, the single encapsulates a moment of pure inspiration from a creative retreat in Bali.

Written during a relaxed poolside session, the track’s easygoing nature reflects the duo’s unfiltered approach. “We just wrote exactly what we were feeling in that moment,” says Mike Williams, highlighting the track’s spontaneous, organic origins.

“The second we got there, we started vibing on the idea of doing something with a bit of a country flare—but with a tropical twist,” shares Eirik Næss. “Being surrounded by palm trees, warm nights… it added this sun-soaked, feel-good vibe to everything.”

The song blends melodic guitar with a dynamic beat, reinforcing the carefree, live-in-the-now message that runs through its lyrics. Uplifting and atmospheric, “Learn to Fly” feels equally suited for summer festival stages and intimate sunset moments.

Positioned at the intersection of genre fusion and emotional storytelling, this collaboration puts both artists in a spotlight that feels entirely their own.
