XIE’s new EP “Kick Drum Heart” combines energy and emotion in a vibrant house music collection.
Producer, DJ, and singer XIE makes a powerful return with her new EP Kick Drum Heart, out now via Lady of the House. Inspired by house music’s ability to connect people through rhythm and shared emotion, the release blends pulsating beats with personal storytelling.
“This EP is all about my obsession and personal relationship with house music,” XIE says. “I wanted to portray how it feels when the beat is bumping through your body.” Featuring previously released tracks “LOVE LANGUAGE” and “Siente El Ritmo,” the EP is packed with infectious grooves and melodic hooks.
Drawing on her classical background and vocal prowess, XIE creates a kaleidoscopic sound rooted in Tech, Latin, and UK House influences. Her DJ sets—seen at Coachella’s DoLaB Stage, HARD Summer, EDC Las Vegas, and more—showcase her versatility and flair.
