Internationally acclaimed singer-songwriter Dean Lewis has officially announced the release of The Epilogue (Deluxe), the extended edition of his ARIA #2-charting album, due out Friday, July 11. Leading the release is a brand-new single, “I Hate That It’s True,” a deeply personal addition to the deluxe collection.

“Usually when I write a song it takes about a year before it can come out,” Dean shares. “I wrote ‘I Hate That It’s True’ about 10 weeks ago at an Airbnb in Bondi Beach. The day I wrote it we spent 48 hours finishing the production, rushing it over to my team and adding it onto my deluxe album. For me the song is a hint at what is to come on my next album; in the sense of where I’m headed with my songwriting and the more acoustic raw production.”

The Epilogue (Deluxe) will feature five additional tracks, including the viral hit “With You,” which has generated 62 million+ global streams, over 260K TikTok creations, and 11 million views on the official music video. The song has earned widespread playlisting, including Hot Hits Australia and Apple Music’s Today’s Hits, and is in rotation on MTV globally.

Chart-wise, “With You” has hit #22 on the Top 100 AU Radio Chart, #16 on Shazam AU, and cracked the Top 50 Global Shazam. A duet version with Toronto artist Sofia Camara, recently synced on MAFS Australia, reignited fan momentum.

Also included on the deluxe: Dean’s cover of Goo Goo Dolls’ “Iris,” offering a fresh emotional take on the 1998 classic.

The deluxe album will be available across digital platforms and as a limited edition 2LP vinyl, giving fans a deeper look into Dean Lewis’ creative journey.
