Esha Tewari Unveils “waltz” as Closing Chapter to Her “wraith” EP, Out May 1

Esha Tewari drops “waltz” before releasing her third EP wraith and touring globally with sold-out dates.

With her third EP wraith arriving on May 1, indie-folk artist Esha Tewari offers a final preview in the form of “waltz,” a tender and nostalgic single shared just yesterday. The track is the final installment in the EP’s rollout, following “million times,” “empty pages,” “things i want,” and “you were mine.”

About the song, Esha says:

“this is the final track of my EP, i wanted to make a little closing statement sort of that leads into my next project. it goes through little parts of nostalgia and growing up, it’s a really special song to me. and maybe might want to make you waltz”.

“waltz” maintains the acoustic intimacy that defines Tewari’s growing catalog while setting the emotional tone for what’s to come.

She debuted the new track just as she launched her sold-out Australian tour, starting with a packed night at Factory Theatre in Sydney. The tour continues across Brisbane, Melbourne, and Perth, with a few tickets left in Adelaide. This follows her completely sold-out tour in November 2024, cementing her live momentum.

In July and August, she brings the “wraith tour” to North America, beginning in San Francisco on July 3 and wrapping in Washington DC on August 9. Select dates—including Los Angeles, Toronto, Houston, and Atlanta—are already sold out.

Tewari began releasing music in February 2024, first gaining traction with her self-released track “beautiful boy.” She’s now amassed over 13 million streams, a growing audience she calls Tewarians, and a fast-rising profile in today’s indie music scene.
