Kevian Kraemer Unveils Heartfelt New Single “Forever” Ahead of Next Indie Pop Breakthrough

With the release of his new single “Forever,” indie-pop’s rising voice Kevian Kraemer offers one of his most vulnerable moments yet. Out now via Atlantic Records, the track was written just before the end of a pivotal relationship and showcases the emotional weight of words left unsaid.

Filmed along New York’s Rockaway Beach, the visual pairs introspective lyrics with soft, stormy visuals. Kraemer shares: “I wrote this song a month before my relationship of a year and a half ended because I felt it dying but I didn’t know who to tell.”

He continues: “This girl and I grew up together from 16 to 18… I didn’t actually like who she turned into, or maybe she was really that way all along. The lyrics in this song are the words that I never told her but I wish she heard.”

Produced by acclaimed duo SameSame—whose resume includes Rihanna, Beyoncé, Cage the Elephant, and Young the Giant—the track balances minimal, emotive instrumentation with piercing honesty.

Following the release of fan-favorite “Don’t You Dare” and his debut EP Seventeen, Kraemer is steadily building momentum. His hit “Attention” has now crossed 10 million streams, with the acoustic “Stripped” version showcasing his raw performance style.
