Kassidy and Loud Join Forces on “Will I Ever Love Again” Reimagining

Pop newcomer Kassidy partners with Loud for a new version of “Will I Ever Love Again” via Universal Music Canada.

Kassidy is showing a bold new side to one of his most personal tracks with the release of a reimagined version of “Will I Ever Love Again,” now featuring Quebec rapper Loud. Released via Universal Music Canada, the track builds on the raw emotion of the original, first heard on Kassidy’s debut Echoes of Myself – Volume 1.

“I wrote ‘Will I Ever Love Again’ after a major breakup,” Kassidy shares. “It talks about how in my relationship both of us weren’t perfect and there’s a question that asks, ‘Am I ready to love again or will I ever love the same way?’ I feel like a lot of people can relate to it.”

Loud’s verse adds new emotional contrast to the track. The collaboration began organically, after Loud heard the original and was drawn to its vulnerability. What followed was not just a remix, but a friendship between two artists who deeply connect through storytelling. “He’s a great, humble, down to earth human with big talent,” Kassidy says.

The duo teamed up for a music video directed by Andy Ziel, which gives fans a behind-the-scenes view of the studio sessions. Also featured are Banx & Ranx, the JUNO Award-winning and GRAMMY-nominated duo who are key contributors to Kassidy’s sound.

Currently on tour supporting Jamie Fine and other acts, Kassidy continues to gain traction with audiences. His previous collaboration “Along The Way” with Thierry Von Der Warth has passed 2.5 million global streams. With powerful releases like this, Kassidy’s 2025 is quickly becoming one to watch.
