Viola Odette Harlow, formerly known as Glüme, unveils her new album “P*rn Star”, out now via Play Girl Records. A daring blend of electro-pop, synth-pop, and indie influences, the album explores themes of self-discovery, strength, and resilience. Alongside the album’s release, Viola has dropped the music video for “Imaginary Friend”, an introspective track that delves into the complexity of identity and fate.

On “Prn Star”, Viola takes listeners on an emotional journey, crafting cinematic soundscapes that feel both nostalgic and forward-thinking. “‘”Prn Star” is a fairy tale, a tragedy, and a love story,’” she shares. “‘It’s about standing strong when misunderstood and finding power, even when no one is rooting for you.’”

Her latest single, “Imaginary Friend”, wrestles with the idea of alternate paths and self-acceptance. “‘I used to wonder if I could have avoided my struggles, but I’ve realized that every part of my past has shaped me. Without it, I wouldn’t be who I am,’” Viola explains.

Beyond music, Viola is preparing for the release of her debut book, “No One Famous Has It Yet”, arriving on March 31. With both her album and literary debut, she continues to push creative boundaries.

Stream “P*rn Star” now and watch the video for “Imaginary Friend”.
