OHGEESY Drops “BABYGIRL” Featuring Lil Tjay, Honoring a 2003 Classic

OHGEESY and Lil Tjay put a fresh spin on Fabolous’ “Can’t Let You Go” with their new single “BABYGIRL,” ahead of Paid N Full, out February 14.

OHGEESY is back with a brand-new single, “BABYGIRL”, featuring Lil Tjay, released via 300 Entertainment. Produced by Diego Ave, the track reimagines Fabolous’ 2003 hit “Can’t Let You Go”, bringing a modern twist to the R&B-influenced classic while keeping its signature smooth vibe intact.

The song follows the release of OHGEESY’s lead single “Paid N Full”, which has already amassed over 800k views on YouTube since last week. Directed by Austin Simkins, the track’s official music video is now available.

OHGEESY’s upcoming album, Paid N Full, drops February 14, marking his first full-length project since 2023’s GEEZYWORLD 2. His 2021 solo debut mixtape, GEEZYWORLD, earned praise from Pitchfork, calling it “a quintessential L.A. rap record” with “master-crafted hooks and infectious sound”. GEEZYWORLD 2 debuted at No. 2 on the Heatseekers Albums chart and included the Billboard-charting hit “GEEKALEEK” featuring Cash Kidd and BIA.

This release follows OHGEESY’s reunion with Fenix Flexin, which led to Shoreline Mafia’s first official release in four years, featuring hits like “Heat Stick” and “Work”. With Paid N Full on the way, OHGEESY continues to dominate the West Coast rap scene.
