Released via Interscope Records, the song is an anthem of empowerment and individuality, solidifying Jolie’s reputation as one of rap’s most compelling voices.

On “Turn Me Up,” Jolie’s sharp lyricism and commanding presence take center stage. With lines like “He call me baby now / And shit, we just met / You really wasting your breath, no shade, but this n*a just left,” she delivers a performance full of swagger and playful confidence.
