Nashville-based singer-songwriter Maddie Riccardo has released her latest single, “We’re Around,” a heartfelt ode to her parents’ unwavering support. As she gears up for her next release, “Band-Aid,” Maddie continues to blend country roots with pop sensibilities to create music that resonates with audiences.

Maddie describes her upcoming single, saying, “‘Band-Aid’ is about two completely incompatible people that were trying to make it work. Just two people who are not supposed to be together, and then you just keep trying, and it’s just terrible. So you know you have to just rip off the Band-Aid and end it.”

Born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Maddie found her love for music at a young age, often performing in her parents’ living room. Inspired by artists like Bruce Springsteen and Adele, she developed a passion for heartfelt ballads and electric guitar riffs. After moving to Nashville to study Music Business at Belmont University, she recorded several tracks and performed at iconic venues, including the Bluebird Café, where her parents watched her perform “We’re Around” live.
